My product has lost some of its colour...
Don't panic. We use highly biodegradable food colours in our products that can fade in strong direct sunlight. The product will still work 100% like it is supposed to and smell just as yummy.
Can I bath in it?
We know it smells yummy more like your beauty products rather than your cleaning products but while it won't do you any harm we think you are probably better off bathing your home in it.
Do you think cleaning is fun?
YES... For a million and one reasons, but only when we use Cinderella...
The Bathroom Cleaner has made my white stuff go pink?
You must have used quite a bit to make your white stuff pink. If it bothers you just rinse it thoroughly with a very very damp cloth. It's not permanent.
You talk about the products be environmentally friendly what does that mean?
All our products are made from renewable resources. They work hard but when you have finished with them they degrade quickly (9x faster than standard surfactants) so they don't irritate the environment. We use food grade colours so the products will quietly fade away after you have finished with them and our bottles are made out the most recyclable plastic PET.
Why can't I buy the product everywhere?
We are working on making sure that Cinderella is never far from reach.

Can I use the products when pregnant?
Yes you can. There is nothing nasty in our range.
Do I need to keep these products out of reach of my children?
While they look great and smell great they don't taste so good. But if any of the products are consumed there should be no damage as the average PH of the products is 7.
Does your product contain melted down animals?
No our products are 100% plant based, we couldn't stand the thought of mushed up pony hooves being in our products.
My windows are still streaky?
The best way to clean windows is with a paper towel, this makes sure you are not wiping on grime. Use a fresh towel each time for best results.
My oven has seen a lot of neglect - how can I speed up the results?
We are sorry to hear that your oven is in this state. You have two options: you can turn the oven onto the lowest heat for 5 minutes before spraying as this will speed up the chemical reaction, or you may want to sleep on it - spray your oven before going to bed and let the surfactants do their thing all night.
Can I use the bathroom cleaner to clean the toilet?
Yes you can. We recommend that people be encouraged to give a quick spray after flushing.
